3. Product Information & Pricing

  • All prices on ShovaShop are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
  • Prices, availability, and product descriptions may change without notice.
  • If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to technical or human error, ShovaShop reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at the incorrect price.
  • Price matching against other sellers or platforms is not offered.

4. Orders & Payment

  • For deliveries outside Dhaka, an advance payment of Tk. 200 or 10% of the total amount (for large orders) may be required.
  • ShovaShop may request additional verification to prevent fraudulent transactions.
  • If a customer fails to respond to verification requests, the order may be canceled.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timeframes provided on our website are estimates only.
  • Delays may occur due to customs clearance, public holidays, high demand, or supply chain issues.
  • If an ordered product becomes unavailable after placing an order, ShovaShop reserves the right to cancel and issue a refund.
  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, deliveries may take longer than usual.

6. Return & Refund Policy

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
  • An ordered item becomes unavailable or out of stock.
  • If an incorrect item is delivered, it must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Refunds:

  • Processed via the original payment method.
  • May take up to 14 working days.
  • Items that are opened, used, or not in their original packaging may not qualify.

7. Warranty & After-Sales Support

  • Some products may come with a manufacturer’s warranty, depending on the brand.
  • Warranty terms vary and are subject to the policies of the respective manufacturer or supplier.

8. Complaints Regarding Infringing or Objectionable Content

9. Fraud, Abuse & Security

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

15. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Once dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
