Returns will not be accepted if:

The return request is made outside the allowed return period
The product is non-returnable due to hygiene or safety reasons

2. Return Time Frame

Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery
After approval, the product must be returned within 7 days

3. Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be:

Unused and in original condition
In original packaging
With all accessories, manuals, and tags intact

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable unless they are damaged or incorrect:

Personal care or hygiene products (if opened)
Clearance or discounted items
Products damaged due to misuse or negligence

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
Refunds will be issued via:
- Original payment method, or
- Store credit (if applicable)

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.

6. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available only for damaged or incorrect products
All exchanges are subject to stock availability

7. Return Shipping Cost

If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product), Shova Shop will bear the return shipping cost
If the return is due to customer preference, the customer must bear the shipping cost
